Although construction is not yet complete, the Burj Dubai claimed the title of World’s Tallest Manmade Structure in April 2008. As of September 1 it was 688m tall, almost 60m higher than the KVLY-TV mast in North Dakota, the previous record-holder. The tower’s final height remains a guarded secret amid competition for the world’s tallest building, but it is growing rapidly.

That is really motivated for the property dealers to here about the recovery and good value of property in Dubai or in fact all over UAE, but according to recent reports there is no construction of any type of building in Dubai now a days and the property & construction business is totally out of season just because of crisis. The only business that is on its peak is water supplying for drinking and other purposes.
Dubai is showing the world that they can compete with the best. The property of Dubai is regaining its value because of the world biggest man made building that have been recently created.
